Fatcow is good hosting company and very reliable

My husband and I have each used Fatcow for 3 years or longer and are very happy with the service. We're both professional web designers and find that Fatcow has everything we need and is very reliable. Their customer service isn't great, but we are both a whiz at computers so it isn't too much of a problem for us. Not for the average Joe but highly recommend otherwise.
FatCow is not that great!
Thye made empty promises about their features when I was joining. My site and email have been down 4 times already in January. No drag and drop FTP access. Limited email space. I don't get any most imcoming emails over 3 megs. They bounce. They don;t normally support PHP I had to make a request. All in all...BOOOO

Signed up for Fat Cow after finding them on this site, but think you may need to update your review, or I may have just been unlucky. I signed up on a Friday then had to wait untill Monday before my account was activated, since then my site has gone down on 3 seperate occasions. So I'm back here to find a new host and to make sure others dont make same mistake I did.
